1. About Linee
Linee is a small studio based in Belgium making minimalist line-art family portraits, printed on demand as posters, framed prints, canvases, mugs, and tote bags. Orders are printed and shipped from facilities across the European Union.
2. Orders
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices displayed at checkout. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices, payment and currency
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping within the EU is included in the product price — no extra charge at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
4. Personalised products — no right of withdrawal
Every Linee portrait is composed by you and printed to order. Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, personalised goods are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing your order you acknowledge that the item cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
5. Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email address below, including photos of the issue and your order number. We will replace the affected item at no cost. If replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund for that item.
6. Delivery
We ship across the European Union only. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the moment your order enters production, depending on the product and destination. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
7. Liability
Linee is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
8. Privacy
We collect only the personal information required to fulfil your order — name, email address, and shipping address. This information is stored securely and shared only with our print and shipping partners for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics.Linee stores a small amount of data in your browser (localStorage) to keep your cart and designer state across page loads — this is strictly necessary for the site to work. If you accept analytics cookies, we additionally load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which products people are interested in. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
